Refund policy

We offer the opportunity to return our products if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items for refund or exchange. Items purchased marked as Final Sale are non returnable.

All items must be unworn and unwashed in saleable condition in original packaging with original tags in place. Once your return/exchange request is approved, please send back the merchandise in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please ensure all items are well packed and protected in transit.

We offer free shipping on returns for refund or exchanges within the EU.
From countries outside of the EU that we ship to we offer flat rate shipping on exchanges of 20 euro. For refunds there is flat rate return shipping charge of 30 euro per package which will be deducted from the original purchase price. Shipments not accepted by customer will be subject to a restocking fee of 25 euro.

Please email us at info@vitticycling.cc to start the return process. Include the order number in your email for all refunds or exchanges and we will promptly send return instructions. All returns must be shipped within 1 week of approval.

Once we have received the goods and they have been inspected we will process a refund to the original form of payment or send the requested exchange item.
